This Valet tray is the perfect size to help keep you or someone you know organized with all of the items you carry. The outside measurements are approximately 10” x 7.5” x 2.25” and the inside dimensions are approximately 9” x 6.5” x 1.25”.
Burls can happen in many types of wood. It has always been sought after and used in all kinds of settings and locations. A Burl is a growth that happens somewhere on the tree in which a large, bumpy-looking mound can be visible. Stress on the tree is what creates the mound and incredible grain pattern. It can be at the base or up higher on the trunk, it depends on where the stress happened. That stress can be caused by variety of different factors, it could be from a virus, fungus, insects, or most of the time injury to the tree. If a burl goes through a rapid growth, it can cause further stress and pressure on the wood, creating even more amazing grain patterns.
